Summary of Responsibilities:
The Regional Vice President will increase sales production through proactive outbound calls to producers and prospects. The Regional Vice President is also responsible for providing the highest quality of service for inbound service inquiries.
Achieves sales goal as assigned by manager.
Increases production through proactive outbound calls to producers and prospects.
Focuses on building rapport and introducing product lines to potential producers.
Provides expertise on product features, investment choices, IRA programs and technology.
Prepares hypothetical illustrations for brokers and agents in accordance with their requests, using a number of network and Internet-based software packages designed to make the marketing and sales of Integrity products easier and more effective.
Utilizes Company technology platforms to respond to inquiries from brokers and agents on a variety of topics including new and existing business, licensing and commissions procedures, and other issues as they arise.
Works with other areas of Integrity Life to resolve problems, correct errors and provide support to external and internal customers.
Solicits, collects and reports suggestions and opinions of services (i.e., AnnuiTRAC, new products and marketing campaigns) to assist in the determination of effectiveness.
Performs other duties/projects as assigned by management.
Proven successful investment product wholesaling and business development experience working with independent agents, emphasis on equity products.
Proven in-depth understanding of the financial services industry.
Demonstrated and extensive selling and presentational skills. Must provide examples of effectively presenting information to individuals at all levels.
Demonstrated active listening skills including probing, paraphrasing and clarifying.
Must cite examples of successful interpersonal, conflict resolution and intervention skills. Experience with problem resolution under severe and relentless pressure.
Possesses and displays excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear, focused and concise manner while following proper rules of punctuation, diction and style. Ability to prepare correspondence, reports and forms using a prescribed format. Experience must include strong telephone communication and etiquette skills.
Demonstrated experience working independently. Experience must include anticipating, identifying and resolving problems where independent decision-making and initiative were demonstrated.
This position works in an office setting and remains in a continuous stationary position for long periods of time while working at a desk, on a computer or with other standard office equipment, or while in meetings. Position requires substantial movement of wrist, hands and fingers for continuous computer work.
