Summary of Responsibilities:

The Business Analysis Intern will report to the Project Management Office (PMO) and work closely with Business Analysts, Delivery Assurance Analyst, Enterprise Business Analysis Managers, Project Managers, Portfolio Analysts, and PMO leadership to assist in the successful delivery of strategic projects for the Western & Southern Financial Group.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Support PMO Business Analysts while performing Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Elicitation and Collaboration, Requirements Life Cycle Management, Strategy Analysis, Requirements Analysis and Design Definition activities in support of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies on an active enterprise project.
  • Support presentations to groups on the Business Analysis Center of Excellence services, including the Business Analysis Community of Practice, Team Roles, Key Deliverables, and other PMO functions.
  • Participation in PMO and project team meetings, organizational events and activities, training support services, and other duties as assigned by management.

Work Setting:

  • This position works in an office setting at a desk or conference room, with a computer and other standard office equipment, and remains in a continuous stationary position for long periods. Position requires substantial movement of wrists, hands and fingers for computer work.

Educational Requirements:


·       Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree-seeking program with a demonstrated business technology aptitude.

·       Majoring in Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science, is preferred.


Computer Skills and Knowledge of Hardware & Software Required:


·       Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

·       Visio, SharePoint, and Webex Teams, is preferred.


Certifications & Licenses (i.e., Series 6 & 63, CPA, etc.):


  • None required.
