Summary of Responsibilities:
Examines, investigates and evaluates information from policyholders, attorneys, physicians, hospital personnel, police departments, employers, State Medicaid personnel, funeral homes, Probate courts and other professionals needed to determine the disposition of life, annuity, health and disability claims within authority limits. Benefit and coverage decisions made are susceptible to litigation and/or significant monetary damages. In addition to claim handling, handles second-level support calls from the Client Relationship Center (CRC) and direct customer support to clients and financial representatives. Provides prompt and courteous customer service to external and internal customers, and provides job-specific training for new hires in addition to training on specialized processes.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Assists in the meal preparation, production and service for approximately 2,000 meals daily utilizing standard recipes for hot, cold and specialty food items. Rotates among six positions and performs multiple prep and cooking functions. Cleans and sanitizes personal work spaces and assists with various kitchen tasks. Under the direction of the Sous Chef and management, is responsible for making a limited range of decisions, escalating to management as needed.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Provides financial accounting services for the Touchstone Mutual Funds/Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and corresponding impact to Touchstone’s business unit. Assists with the financial reporting responsibilities of the Touchstone Mutual Funds/ETFs, including the preparation and review of the quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial statements; management reporting; and board reporting materials. Assists with the day-to-day oversight of fund accounting and financial reporting functions by directing and interacting with third-party service providers and external auditors of the funds. Builds relationships with external service providers and external auditors. Participates with management as a business partner in the regulatory operations of the funds and the Touchstone business unit. Assists with acquisitions and mergers and the corresponding financial integration and conversions. Suggests and assists with the implementation of cost savings. Serves as back-up to the senior staff accountant of the Touchstone Mutual Funds/ETFs as required. Works with minimal supervision escalating to management when appropriate.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Performs medical underwriting/medical risk analysis, establishes underwriting standards, and reads EKG's for Western & Southern and Columbus Life New Business. Acts as a consultant for the Benefits Department, including employee health and disability coverage. Provides limited patient care, including injuries, in the Health Services Department. Additionally, consults with Claims Administration as needed.

Works in the dish room, covers shifts and assists the Kitchen Steward as needed. Cleans, sanitizes and stores all dishes, pots, pans, utensils and major equipment in the Cafeteria. Performs other general cleaning according to a daily Sanitation Log. Performs plan administrative services for assigned group of plans. Serves as main point of contact for plan sponsors and agents for qualified plan inquiries. Provides consultation to plan sponsors and agents regarding plan design and operation. Works with minimal supervision.

Directs vehicles entering and leaving the parking garage. Makes security rounds through building and reports issues to the manager/supervisor. Collects parking fees and issues parking tickets/liability waiver, checks for proper parking tags, and cleans floors, offices and rest rooms. Washes company and executive vehicles as required. Utilizes our gas pump to gas all vehicles as required. Prepares journal entries on a day-to-day basis to properly record financial transactions. Prepares regulatory, external and internal financial reporting. Summary of Responsibilities:
Evaluates and classifies risks on applications for life, accident and critical illness insurance including supplemental benefits and policy changes in accordance with mortality and morbidity pricing assumptions. Underwrites life insurance applications and associated risks. Classifies the risk with a minimum of underwriting requirements. Summary of Responsibilities:
The sales internship provides a hands-on experience with various assignments within the Enterprise Engagement Center (EEC), including internal sales, data, research, and technology. Responsibilities include working in our CRM, campaign tracking, technology testing, and working with our sales team on lead generation. In addition, the intern will receive training in sales, product development, and other areas of the EEC. Finally, as a part of Western & Southern Financial Group, the intern will participate in virtual and on-campus internship activities, which will help them develop their skills and network across the enterprise.
