Manages the planning, organizing and directing of Human Resources' activities in support of assigned business unit(s). Acts as business partner with business units to maximize human resource assets in the areas of employment, compensation, associate relations and performance management. Conducts Guilford Institute training programs for associate development. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible to make an established range of decisions, escalating to manager when necessary and updates manager on a regular basis.
