Provide desk-side technical support and deployment service to Western & Southern Financial Services (W&SFG). Interacts with the Service Desk and/or IT Service Delivery teams to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems. Assists customers in resolving assigned hardware, software, integration and operation system-level problems in the desktop environment, including but not limited to onsite asset installation, remote and onsite problem diagnosis/resolution and advisory information in the use of desktop assets. Works with the ITAM team to maintain hardware and physical inventory controls. Works with some supervision and responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to Manager when necessary and updating Manager on a regular basis.
