Serves as the product/marketing trainer and knowledge dispenser to National Account Agencies and producers and key staff members of larger agencies. Achieves life and annuity sales results in assigned territory, working closely with the Internal Wholesalers (IWS). National Account agencies are defined by the Senior VP of Distribution. Senior RVP Focuses on sales and productivity results of new and existing individual producers. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible to independently make a broad range of critical decisions, escalating to executive-level associates only when appropriate. Senior RVP's have industry and CLIC subject matter expertise that allows them to work independently in "large" regions, and are responsible to make a broad range of critical decisions, escalating to executive-level associates only when appropriate. Senior RVP's have excellent communication and "podium" presentation skills and can represent CLIC at various conferences and recruiting events.
