Installs, maintains and repairs heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, control systems and a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment in the Home Office and at other properties. The HVAC Technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. Responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs.
