Establishes with clients by researching, analyzing and resolving service requests and complaints. Effectively answers questions related to existing contracts and products providing accurate, detailed and complete information. The licensed sales representative will sell Gerber Life Insurance products direct to consumer from various lead sources including, but not limited to, DRTV, direct mail, internet, partnership marketing and existing GLIC customers. The sales representative is responsible for taking care of the initial call driver and cross-selling other Gerber Life products as needs of the customer are developed. From time to time, an Insurance Sales Representative will handle service calls as they come in through the sales lines or as needed to help reduce service call volume.
