Summary of Responsibilities:
Coordinates workflow and monitors activities to assist management in ensuring efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions that meet established service standards. Has responsibility for coordinating the training of department associates. Conducts quality control functions within the department, and provides management with timely feedback and statistical data. Handles complex requests or problem situations. Represents the department on new product implementation committees. The Team Lead also stays current with Company operating procedures and policy provisions.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Places mutual fund trades for the firm’s registered reps via the brokerage platform. Rebalances and places model trades for client accounts held by the firm’s Registered Investment Advisor. Monitors all daily trade activity firmwide, ensuring trades are entered and processed in accordance with published firm rules and industry regulations. Processes and documents trade error and trade correction requests. Serves as a point of contact and subject matter expert for the brokerage platform performing account paperwork review and opening, maintenance, cashiering requests, transfers and additional follow up as needed. Works with some supervision and is responsible to make an established range of decisions, escalating to the manager when appropriate.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Scans and indexes paper documents into workflow folders for further electronic processing for both fixed and variable products. Prioritizes imaging functions to fulfill client and representative requests in a timely and quality manner. All requests are to be handled in accordance with contract provisions, departmental standards, individual affiliate Partnership Agreements governing time service and Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) procedural guidelines. Applies the correct indexing schema to each document by indicating the correct company, department, account, folder and policyholder name on each form and verifies clarity of image.
Summary of Responsibilities:
As a Programmer Consultant you will support Robotic Process Automation initiatives across the Enterprise. You will be a member of the Center of Excellence specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), participating in discovery, design, development and testing phases of the software development lifecycle. You will be proficient in understanding coding techniques, testing strategies, and application implementations while staying current in application development trends of RPA. You will be responsible not only for developing automations, but for general consulting on automation ideas as they are presented from the business. In addition, you will handle infrastructure support and maintenance of the servers and automation tools (UiPath), as well as provide support and guidance to other RPA developers. Other desired qualities include strong communication, project management and collaboration skills while working directly with a variety of business partners.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Executes web content and projects related to internal and external websites, email marketing initiatives, including the management of brand and development, distribution strategy, contact database management, SPAM requirements and compliance with the Marketing & Digital Center of Excellence (M&DCOE) best practice standards for format and cross browser/platform compatibility.
Implements and executes initiatives related to digital marketing strategies on behalf of the Business Units. In conjunction with the M&DCOE, develops reports that provide email statistics, digital metrics and web analytics. Works under minimal supervision and is responsible to independently make a range of established decisions, escalating issues to Manager as appropriate..

Produces requirements on large, complex Enterprise projects that require planning, elicitation, documentation, analysis and management of business. Acts as a liaison between the business customer and Information Technology (IT) project team(s) by building cooperative, constructive, effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Ensures IT understands the business and stakeholder requirements and resolves any gaps in understanding. Guides and advises less-experienced BAs. Competent to work at the highest skill level while considering the business implications of the application of technology. Performs gap analysis of current and future states, facilitating sessions with the business to identify changes that are needed to achieve specific strategic and enterprise goals. Summary of Responsibilities:
Provides legal advice and counsel on insurance and annuity matters to all Western & Southern Financial Group business and shared service units. Provides legal advice on both a preventive basis and after issues have arisen. Manages insurance and annuity litigation and disputes directly and/or through outside counsel. Works with minimal supervision and escalates to Law and business unit management as appropriate.

Oversees some construction projects managed by the Facilities Services group at the Home Office campus and field offices. Field office projects include renovations, new buildouts (relocations), and maintenance averaging up to 50% travel monthly. Supports the Home Office Facilities Services group by performing a variety of maintenance jobs and being the modular furniture SME.

The Client Portfolio Manager interacts with investment management, sales, marketing and client service to effectively communicate with external stakeholders (clients/consultants) and assist in the ongoing marketing of fixed income and multi-asset strategies. Works to competitively position strategies by being actively involved in marketing initiatives, institutional client service and new business development efforts. Represents investment teams by acting as a specialized source of strategy and market knowledge and as an internal resource on non-investment related activities. Enables the firm to develop a more proactive approach to marketing, sales, relationship management and product development on specific strategies and/or asset classes.

Repairs and recalibrates electrical and heating and cooling controls. Dismantles and reassembles large and heavy equipment. Prepares estimates for equipment replacement and installation cost. Supervises external contractors/vendors and manages HVAC-related projects.

Assists in the oversight of the engineering and continuous operations of a one-million-square-foot, Class A office, retail and parking garage development as directed by the Chief Building Engineer. Provides oversight and maintenance of all property systems including, but not limited to, fire/life safety, mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls), electrical metering systems (lighting, UPS, PDU, primary switch gear), lighting and temperature control systems, critical environments, light construction and maintenance (painting, repairs, lock installation, grounds keeping), digital systems (fire alarm, duress, card access, CCTV). Facilitates various building inspections with local authorities such as the fire department and the department of buildings and inspections. Supervises the engineering team with the objectives of safely, efficiently and effectively operating the property in a cost-effective manner. Ensures the highest level of professionalism, while meeting the client and tenant’s needs with the commitment to deliver the highest level of service while increasing the value of the asset.
