Summary of Responsibilities:
Performs complex Enterprise financial accounting and/or budgeting and cost accounting, reporting and analysis. Prepares journal entries on a day-to-day basis to properly record financial transactions. Prepares regulatory, external and internal financial reporting. Prepares financial analysis, presenting results to departmental and shared service leadership. Participates as a subject matter expert on technical accounting matters and as a team leader/member on special projects. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to management when necessary.

Solves complex business and technical problems. Mentors others across the enterprise on Tableau new release capabilities and their business impact. Creates training materials that can be used throughout the Tableau community and conducts training sessions. Shares knowledge of multiple databases, data flows and relationships across various sources. Serves as the subject matter expert for WSFGD/Touchstone data on enterprise-level projects. Institutes appropriate testing methodologies and confirms they are implemented. Monitors production support activities for the department, assures issues are resolved, root cause identified when possible and permanent solutions applied. Responds with flexibility to changing priorities and new project assignments. Works with minimal supervision and independently makes a broad range of critical decisions, escalating to VPs and executive-level associates only when appropriate.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Performs and supervises risk-based internal audit activities for the Company and its subsidiaries. Performs risk-based integrated reviews of financial, operational, systems and management controls of the Company. Provides assistance to the external auditors and regulatory auditors while maintaining effective working relationships with business unit management. Provides consulting services to management. Serves as in-charge auditor on various audit projects. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to manager when necessary and updating manager on a regular basis.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Directs vehicles entering and leaving the parking garage. Makes security rounds through building and reports issues to the Manager/Supervisor. Collects parking fees and issues parking tickets/liability waiver, checks for proper parking tags, and cleans floors, offices and rest rooms. Works with some supervision and is responsible for making a minimal range of decisions, escalating to Manager when appropriate and updating Manager on a regular basis.
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Associate position is a part-time position that rotates job duties based on business needs that are largely driven by volume increases (seasonal and predicted) and demand. The individual in this position will key and process data in administrative systems and will conduct outbound telephone calls to insurance applicants to collect data requested by the underwriter. The individual may also take inbound calls or make outbound calls from/to our customers.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of financial administration and accounting functions critical to management of the various partnership/LLC entities used in the process of Eagle’s investment management activity (e.g., JV Developer partnership, investment management company and holding company). Works closely with Eagle’s Investment Management and Financial Management/Performance Measurement areas to complete investment waterfall setups and performance return calculations in the Yardi Investment Management system.
Ensures that the income and expense allocations as well as the cash management aspects of Eagle’s partnership/LLC activities are properly accounted for, administered and reconciled in conjunction with the appropriate operating agreements. Works closely with the Real Estate Investment Accounting Manager relative to these activities.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Deliver high-touch wealth management services to new and existing clients. Partner with Wealth Planners to build, enhance, and execute a client acquisition strategy.Execute within the PCG investment paradigm that draws best thinking from all Fort Washington investment resources while delivering it to clients in a personalized fashion. Deliver repeatable investment processes in a scalable manner. Manage a variety of portfolios consisting of stocks, bonds, ETF’s and mutual funds in order to meet investment goals. Develop and implement both a tactical and strategic investment plan to meet the client’s long term objectives. Invest the portfolio using securities of internal portfolio managers, ETF’s, as well as externally and internally managed mutual funds. Monitor the individual portfolios regularly for proper asset allocation and diversification to insure adherence to client’s objectives and risk tolerance. Make adjustments as necessary in order to maximize return and preserve capital within the individual investment guidelines. Work with Private Client Group team members to build new relationships and assets under management. Work with Marketing to develop marketing and presentation materials that enhance the Wealth Management product and processes. Meet with potential clients to present and sell our Wealth Management services. Meet with existing clients on a regular basis to review investment goals, current needs and performance. Work with a client’s tax advisors or attorneys to properly effectuate the portfolio. Independently make a broad range of critical decisions, escalating to senior executive-level associates only when appropriate.

managestheday-to-dayresource management planning process and facilitates capacity and utilization discussions as they relate to the allocation of resources within both the Planned and Active portfolio and supports the overall Enterprise portfolio management process. The PPO Analyst II acts as primary liaison between resource Managers and demand Managers. Collaborates on the development of best practice knowledge and document management standards, processes, methods, procedures and training as it relates to resource and portfolio planning management. Applies insights related to potential overlap/impacting/dependencies of resource planning and allocation. Serves as a senior subject matter expert on the Enterprise Project Portfolio Resource Management methodologies and practices, providing support, training, metrics, analytics and ad hoc reports for Western & Southern leadership that include tracking and trends specific to the Enterprise Project Portfolio's health, finances, resource capacity planning and engagement. Works closely with Western & Southern IT and Business departments to ensure accuracy and tracking of project portfolio resource allocation and utilization efforts. Summary of Responsibilities:
Independently evaluates and classifies risks on applications for life, accident and critical illness insurance, including supplemental benefits and policy changes in accordance with mortality and morbidity pricing assumptions.
Underwrites life insurance applications and associated risks of up to $10 million. Classifies the risk with a minimum of underwriting requirements. Verbally discusses cases with producers and applicants, which may involve explaining the reasons the Company took adverse action on an application and attempting to diminish any negative reaction by the applicant.
Develops a strong knowledge of human physiology in order to glean the necessary information from the data collected. In addition, builds a high level of knowledge of other technical aspects of the underwriting process, which includes financial needs, insurable interests, avocations and occupations along with a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and procedures.
Concurs on cases that are over the Underwriters’ limits of authority; the Associate Chief Underwriter will be responsible for the final approval of these cases. Reviews the cases of the Underwriters to determine the quality of the work and any developmental needs.
Works closely with the Manager, Underwriting; Vice President & Chief Underwriter; Director of New Business; the Medical Department Doctors; and the New Business management staff to assist with the development of the underwriting staff, and the development of procedures and guidelines toward a goal of outstanding service and effective cost management.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation of the Goals Based Planning Process within top tier client relationships. Develops, produces and prepares customized financial plans to meet the needs of Private Client Group clients. In an effort of gaining new clients, leads clients through the consultative process to understand their goals, and utilizes knowledge of tax investment, estate and retirement planning to integrate planning with their investments to meet their objectives. Works in tandem with the Wealth Advisor and Portfolio Manager to deliver a unique client experience through the advisory process. Works with very limited supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to Manager when necessary and updating Manager on a regular basis.

Assesses needs of current and prospective clients using established Integrity Selling techniques and needs analysis systems in an inbound and outbound contact center environment. Makes appropriate financial services product recommendations utilizing the Western & Southern product portfolio. Accesses other company product portfolios as authorized. Responsible for conducting a thorough needs analysis before making product recommendations to impact persistency of product and client. Establishes and/or builds relationships with current and/or prospective clients assigned. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making a defined range of decisions, escalating to Senior Sales Representative and/or Assistant Manager when necessary and updating Senior Sales Rep/Management Team on a regular basis.
