Summary of Responsibilities: Assists in the daily production of approximately 2,000 meals. Prepares, sets up and cleans serving areas in the cafeteria and Executive Dining rooms. Manages the compliance program for insurance sales partnerships, including agents, brokers, managing general agents, third party administrators, and other sales, marketing, and distribution partners. Serves as an insurance regulatory subject matter expert and provides compliance guidance to business unit management and helps to resolve any areas of noncompliance. Assist Staff Managers and Financial Representatives in case prep, product selection, and competitive posture in the sale of the W&S Life core portfolio. Provides a broad range of sales concept knowledge and core product understanding. Approximately 50% of activity will be outbound sales support and 50% of activity will be inbound support. Summary of Responsibilities: The Institutional Business Development Associate is responsible for ongoing client/prospect support issues, product positioning/competitive analysis and client presentations. This individual focuses on supporting the origination of new business and provides a broad range of sales and marketing support to the Touchstone Institutional Sales Division including, but not limited to, technical product support (e.g., investment insight, competitive positioning, Zephyr & Morningstar Direct comparisons) and routine follow-up that addresses client and prospect requests. This individual will also be assigned a select number of RIAs to personally cultivate relationships and generate bona fide sales results. Summary of Responsibilities: The Salesforce Administrator will focus on Salesforce, providing functional and technical knowledge to ensure successful delivery of an innovative, high-quality solution to the Western & Southern Financial Group organizations running Salesforce as their Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), including Communities and Marketing Cloud integrations (Distributed Marketing and MC Connect). This individual is responsible for key activities on Salesforce, Communities and Marketing Cloud integrations; system administration, system configuration especially around customization of objects, user roles and profiles setup, permission sets, fields, record types, page layouts, list views, reports, dashboards, requirements, training and ongoing support. The position provides tier one support by identifying, logging, tracking, resolving and/or escalation of all incoming user-reported incidents. The Salesforce Administrator must have the ability to work as part of a collaborative team in order to be successful. This individual must be very proactive, have initiative and ability to reach out to ensure tasks and deliverables are met, risks and mitigation strategies uncovered. This individual must communicate with confidence, build relationships through inspiring trust and sharing information, and be able to challenge assumptions.

Summary of Responsibilities: Installs, maintains and repairs heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, control systems and a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment in properties managed by Western & Southern Financial Group. Will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. Responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to manager when necessary and updating manager on a regular basis. Assists manager and/or SR HVAC Service Technician with estimating equipment replacement and installation cost. Supervises external contractors/vendors as needed.
