Sorts and distributes incoming mail to Western & Southern Financial Group (W&SFG). Processes undeliverable mail and refers it to the appropriate department. Tracks all incoming express, registered, certified mail and delivery confirmation, keying information into a database. Provides backup to the mail coordinators when necessary. Analyzes major business processes for improvement in operational effectiveness. Functions as an internal consultant to the Enterprise Licensing Team. Coordinates the devlopment, implementation and ongoing maintenance of a performance metrics system for the Enterprise Licensing Team. Coordinates ongoing analysis, benchmarking and reporting on key performance indicators in the performance metrics system. Develops and implements reports to identify training opportunities, areas for improvement and operational efficiencies. Prepares written and procedural documentation and conducts process-specific training for new or current associates.

Manages workflow within Return Mail Team to ensure customer addresses are being verified and corrections are made to customer master records. Monitors workload to ensure timely and accurate handling of image documents. Processes and coordinates solutions to correspondence received from internal and external customers. Assists Return Mail Analyst in resolving complicated cases and provides extensive research where necessary. Develops and/or revises procedural manuals and supports changes in process. Conducts random quality audits on processed Return Mail.

Evaluates claim information and decides appropriate course of action to properly assess, clarify and appraise the claim in compliance with policy provisions, claim procedures, legal requirements and professional ethics.

Operates high-speed digital copiers utilizing the various digital front ends to each machine. Works with Graphic Designers and other customers to produce quality documents and forms used by customers and Enterprise associates.
