Summary of Responsibilities:
The Real Estate Equity Investments Specialist assists with ERG’s investment objectives by supporting the Real Estate Equity Investments Team. The Real Estate Equity Investments Specialist will work closely with real estate investment professionals and project managers to organize, coordinate, and support administration of day-to-day real estate investment related activities. Ensures documents/records are maintained according to ERG’s Books and Records Policy and WS&FG Retention Schedule. Provides assistance to the Real Estate Equity Investments Team for ad hoc projects and administrative support. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to manager when appropriate and updating manager on a regular basis.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Investment IT provides technology expertise to the front, middle and back office operations for Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Eagle Realty Group and Financial operations (Treasury and Investment Accounting). IT (as a shared service) helps evaluate, implement and support business applications thereby helping the business units to execute on their strategies effectively and efficiently and help W&S achieve its financial and business development goals. The Investment IT team has two intern positions available to develop and enhance operational solutions that support our business users.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Originates new mortgage loans within established investment strategy, including underwriting, pricing and preparation of investment recommendations. Networks with correspondents, borrowers, legal representatives of borrowers and various internal committees of Western & Southern Financial Group and Eagle Realty Group. Helps to identify markets, property types and investment parameters for new mortgage loan investments. Solicits new business by establishing networks and contacts within the industry and through the nurturing and growth of the mortgage servicing correspondent network. Negotiates loan applications/commitments, loan documents and related legal documents. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to executive-level management when necessary and updating executive-level management on a regular basis.
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Investment Analyst works under the direction and supervision of the Senior Investment Analyst and/or senior members of the Investment Management, Structured Equity, Mortgage Loan, Specialty Investments, Acquisitions, New Business and/or Asset Management departments of Eagle Realty Group to perform financial analyses and market research related to potential and existing real estate debt and equity investments. The Investment Analyst also works closely with the senior members of the investment team in performing due diligence and closing real estate transactions.
In this role, the Investment Analyst is responsible for three primary functions:

investment financial modeling and analysis.

market research.

investment due diligence.
The Investment Analyst is expected to support production and portfolio management efforts of the investment team by providing timely and accurate financial and market analysis, and by preparing investment recommendations to the Investment Committee. Works with limited supervision and is responsible to make a limited range of decisions within established parameters, updating manager on a frequent basis and escalating to manager when appropriate.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Maintains refrigeration units, heating and cooling controls, pumps and equipment in good operating order for the properties managed by Eagle Realty Group. Repairs and recalibrates electrical and heating and cooling controls. Dismantles and reassembles large and heavy equipment. Works mostly independently with some minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to manager when necessary and updating manager on a regular basis. Prepares estimates for equipment replacement and installation cost. Supervises external contractors/vendors and manages HVAC-related projects.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Assists in the oversight of the engineering and continuous operations of a one-million-square-foot, Class A office, retail and parking garage development as directed by the Chief Building Engineer of Eagle Realty Group. Provides oversight and maintenance of all property systems including, but not limited to, fire/life safety, mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls), electrical metering systems (lighting, UPS, PDU, primary switch gear), lighting and temperature control systems, critical environments, light construction and maintenance (painting, repairs, lock installation, grounds keeping), digital systems (fire alarm, duress, card access, CCTV). Facilitates various building inspections with local authorities such as the fire department and the department of buildings and inspections. Supervises the engineering team with the objectives of safely, efficiently and effectively operating the property in a cost-effective manner. Ensures the highest level of professionalism, while meeting the client and tenant’s needs with the commitment to deliver the highest level of service while increasing the value of the asset.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of financial administration and accounting functions critical to management of the various partnership/LLC entities used in the process of Eagle’s investment management activity (e.g., JV Developer partnership, investment management company and holding company). Works closely with Eagle’s Investment Management and Financial Management/Performance Measurement areas to complete investment waterfall setups and performance return calculations in the Yardi Investment Management system.
Ensures that the income and expense allocations as well as the cash management aspects of Eagle’s partnership/LLC activities are properly accounted for, administered and reconciled in conjunction with the appropriate operating agreements. Works closely with the Real Estate Investment Accounting Manager relative to these activities.
