A Brief Overview The Customer Service/Sales internship handles inbound and/or outbound customer service and/or sales calls based on business needs. Effectively answers questions related to existing contracts and products. Makes appropriate financial services product recommendations utilizing the assigned product portfolio. Responsible for making a defined range of decisions, escalating to leadership when necessary and updating leadership on a regular basis. Performs duties as determined by EEC leadership based on workload.   Seeking candidates looking to explore opportunities for a contact center career or a career in the financial services industry.

The sales internship includes a hands-on experience with various assignments within Touchstone Investments that includes internal sales, marketing, data, research and technology. Responsibilities include working in our CRM, campaign tracking, technology testing, and competitive data analysis, and working within our institutional team on lead generation. In addition, this associate will receive training in sales and marketing distribution, product development and other areas of the Touchstone Fund Family. Finally, as a part of Western & Southern Financial Group, this associate will be involved in larger internship activities, both virtual and on campus, to help them develop their skills and network across the Western & Southern enterprise.
