Summary of Responsibilities:
Contributes to the productivity and profitability of our field force by researching, analyzing and resolving Field Sales Representative’s sales and support requests via inbound and outbound phone calls and emails. Provides agents with superior service through support on underwriting status, service-related inquiries, forms processing and user assistance. Acts as a liaison between the Field Representatives and the Home Office. Summary of Responsibilities:
Researches, analyzes, defines, designs, tests, checks and plans activities and application of new technologies to processes. Recommends courses of action on new applications development when systems problems arise. Manage compliance management initiatives that impact partnership marketing, including agents, brokers, managing general agents, third party administrators, and other sales, marketing, and distribution partners. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for the independent agency business and assist with other insurance compliance initiatives. As directed by Compliance Director, work with internal and external partners on compliance and related matters, including NY Regulation 187. Summary of Responsibilities:
Assists in the daily food production and service of approximately 2,000 meals per day. Rotates among six server positions and five cold food prep positions according to a standard rotation schedule. Prepares, sets up and cleans serving areas in the cafeteria and dining rooms. Interacts with guests and ensures that all items are stocked and available for service. Under direct and some indirect supervision, incumbent is responsible for making a limited range of decisions, escalating to lead worker on a regular basis and updating management when necessary.

The Business Continuity Analyst (“BCA”) is responsible for assisting with the development of strategies so W&SFG entities can resume normal operations following a crisis. Under general supervision, the BCA will assist in the development of crisis management plans, business continuity plans and disaster recovery plans. The BCA assists with and coordinates the development and maintenance of the business continuity program, assists in the identification of critical points of failure and documents the solutions, and assists in the development of policies and procedures for business continuance and disaster recovery. The BCA tests business continuity plans with various operational groups and are involved in the evaluation and selection of vendors to ensure service level agreements meet business continuance and disaster recovery planning requirements. The BCA coordinates the efforts to develop and document the annual Disaster Recovery Tests, Tabletop exercises and participates in the tests.

The Release Manager is responsible for driving and coordinating enterprise IT project releases and regular Keep‑The-Light-On (KTLO) releases for internal business application capabilities, and works closely with other IT development teams, IT operation teams, and IT program managers to deliver high-quality IT application releases. As the technical member of the DevOps Team, the DevOps Engineer will provide enterprise level operational and technical support for DevOps tooling (i.e., TFS, Git, SonarQube, Visual Studio, Subversion, Eclipse). DevOps Engineer will assist in producing roadmaps, standards and plans for the enterprise installations of DevOps tooling working with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure and other stakeholders. The Salesforce Administrator will focus on Salesforce, providing functional and technical knowledge to ensure successful delivery of an innovative, high-quality solution to the Western & Southern Financial Group organizations running Salesforce as their Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), including Communities and Marketing Cloud integrations (Distributed Marketing and MC Connect). This individual is responsible for key activities on Salesforce, Communities and Marketing Cloud integrations; system administration, system configuration especially around customization of objects, user roles and profiles setup, permission sets, fields, record types, page layouts, list views, reports, dashboards, requirements, training and ongoing support. The position provides tier one support by identifying, logging, tracking, resolving and/or escalation of all incoming user-reported incidents. The Salesforce Administrator must have the ability to work as part of a collaborative team in order to be successful. This individual must be very proactive, have initiative and ability to reach out to ensure tasks and deliverables are met, risks and mitigation strategies uncovered. This individual must communicate with confidence, build relationships through inspiring trust and sharing information, and be able to challenge assumptions.
