Summary of Responsibilities:
Maximizes the investment performance of a large volume of real estate investments owned by affiliated and unaffiliated investors. Major responsibilities include the development, financing, management and disposition of such real estate investments.
Responsible for the fiscal and physical management as well as the long-term economic performance of real estate assets beginning in the development stage and extending through the sale of a given investment. Major responsibilities include the development and management of such assets, and executing financing and disposition transactions, as directed by management. Evaluates and recommends strategies for each asset’s lease up and disposition. Proactively manages assets to maximize investment returns using strategies such as project cost savings, capital improvements, leasing and timely disposition. In conjunction with other members of the investment management team, establishes strategic oversight of the assigned assets.
Responsible for investment real estate assets of greater value, number and complexity than the more junior Asset Manager position. Generally acts within a pre-established range of authority, works with limited supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to Manager when necessary and updating Manager frequently.
Works closely with the Structured Equity team and the Eagle Realty Group development partners to implement and manage partnership investments. Effectively, upon the consummation of a new investment by the Structured Equity team, oversees the development and stabilization of the asset as per specific business plan parameters. In this role, the Senior Asset Manager must have expertise with respect to the entitlement, zoning and construction management process and related documentation (e.g., lien waivers, notice of commencement filings, etc.). In situations where there is also a co-investor client involved in the early stages of the development of the investment, the Senior Asset Manager will also work closely with the Investment Manager and Closing Specialist to communicate updates and coordinate activities, such as capital draws.
Directs and controls fee managers, leasing brokers, contractors, architects, attorneys, consultants, etc., pursuant to approved budgets and asset plans. Specific responsibilities include: market analysis and project positioning within market; leasing and marketing; management of routine operations conducted by affiliated or third-party property manager; financial management and accounting; physical maintenance and repair; property improvements, expansions and renovations; joint venture management and administration; property-level and venture-level refinancing; recommending strategic alternatives regarding changes to the previously established investment strategy/business plan; and hold/sell analysis and disposition.
The Assistant Vice President, Structured Equity Investments sources, analyzes, underwrites and structures joint venture real estate development investments on behalf of Western & Southern Financial Group. This individual will play a crucial role in the development of Eagle Realty Group’s investment strategies across a variety of asset classes and geographic regions. Ultimately, through this individual’s efforts and expertise, Eagle Realty Group expects to substantially and proactively grow its portfolio of joint venture real estate development investments with well-established national, regional and local-area developers.
In this role, the Assistant Vice President will be responsible for three primary functions:
- Source new investment opportunities in their assigned markets and develop relationships with local brokers, developers, and operators
- Underwrite, perform due diligence on and negotiate joint venture real estate development investments
- Prepare investment recommendations for the Investment Committee
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Investment Analyst works under the direction and supervision of the Senior Investment Analyst and/or senior members of the Investment Management, Structured Equity, Mortgage Loan, Specialty Investments, Acquisitions, New Business and/or Asset Management departments to perform financial analyses and market research related to potential and existing real estate debt and equity investments. The Investment Analyst also works closely with the senior members of the investment team in performing due diligence and closing real estate transactions.
In this role, the Investment Analyst is responsible for three primary functions:
Investment financial modeling and analysis.
Investment due diligence.
The Investment Analyst is expected to support production and portfolio management efforts of the investment team by providing timely and accurate financial and market analysis, and by preparing investment recommendations to the Investment Committee. Works with limited supervision and is responsible to make a limited range of decisions within established parameters, updating Manager on a frequent basis and escalating to Manager when appropriate.
