Summary of Responsibilities: Responsible for maximizing the investment performance of complex real estate investments and portfolios of such investments owned by affiliated and unaffiliated investors. Responsible for the strategic oversight, fiscal and physical management, and the long-term economic performance of complex real estate investments, beginning in the development stage, and extending through the sale of a given investment. Major responsibilities include the development and management of such assets and portfolios, and structuring complex financing and disposition transactions. Evaluates and recommends strategies for each asset’s lease and disposition. Proactively manages assets to maximize investment returns using strategies such as project cost savings, capital improvements, leasing and timely disposition. Responsible for investment real estate assets of greater complexity, value and number than the more junior positions within the Asset Management Group. Generally acts within a broad range of authority, works with limited supervision, and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to senior management as necessary. Works closely with the Structured Equity team and the Company’s development partners to implement and manage partnership investments. Effectively, upon the consummation of a new investment by the Structured Equity team, oversees the development and stabilization of the asset as per specific business plan parameters. In this role, must have expertise with respect to the entitlement, zoning and construction management process and related documentation (e.g., lien waivers, notice of commencement filings, etc.). In situations where there is also a co-investor client involved in the early stages of the development of the investment, will also work closely with the Investment Manager and Closing Specialist to communicate updates and coordinate activities, such as capital draws. Directs and controls fee managers, leasing brokers, contractors, architects, attorneys, consultants, etc., pursuant to approved budgets and asset plans. Specific responsibilities include market analysis and project positioning within market; leasing and marketing; oversight of routine operations conducted by affiliated or third-party property manager; financial management and accounting; physical maintenance and repair; property improvements, expansions and renovations; joint venture management and administration; property, venture and portfolio level financing; and strategic decisions regarding changes to the previously established investment strategy/business plan, strategic capital improvements/repositioning of the asset, investment holding periods, disposition of individual assets, and portfolio strategy with regard to certain asset classes and exposures to various markets. In certain cases, depending upon the ownership structure of the assigned assets, a Director, Asset Management, may take on the role of managing certain client relationships. In this capacity, the Director, Asset Management,shepherds all client matters within the firm and secures as well as organizes the necessary resources to achieve superior execution in the delivery of client services. This associate works in close coordination with Asset Management, Financial Management and Business Development. There are three primary functions associated with this role: - Facilitates and refines the firm’s client service culture, standards, policies, processes, methods and tools. - Acts as the primary point of contact between Eagle Realty Group and its third-party investment management clients (excluding any investments held solely by Western & Southern Financial Group). - Manages and directs the coordination and delivery of all client-driven service programs.

Summary of Responsibilities: Installs, maintains and repairs heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, control systems and a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment in properties managed by Eagle Realty Group. Summary of Responsibilities: Responsible for establishing the tax strategy of Western & Southern Financial Group (W&SFG) that is consistent with the W&SFG Vision and Mission. In order to meet this responsibility, tax operation goals are established that are consistent with the overall tax strategy. Proactively plans for the reduction of corporate taxes through in-depth research of tax laws and topics related to taxes using various sources, providing detailed position and summary statements to the tax department and internal customers on new and proposed tax law changes.  Monitors changes in state and federal tax laws to include individual income taxation that affects the demand for life and non-life company products. Summary of Responsibilities: Performs a variety of financial administration and accounting functions critical to management of the various partnership/LLC entities used in the process of Eagle’s investment management activity (e.g., JV Developer partnership, investment management company and holding company).  Works closely with Eagle’s Investment Management and Financial Management/Performance Measurement areas to complete investment waterfall setups and performance return calculations in the Yardi Investment Management system. Summary of Responsibilities: The Investment Associate works under the direction and supervision of senior team members to analyze, underwrite, negotiate and close potential mortgage and/or equity investments. The Investment Associate works closely with other investment team members in performing due diligence and transitioning new investments to the Asset Management or Mortgage Loan Servicing area. In this role, the Investment Associate will be responsible for three primary functions: - Underwrite new investments. - Process investment due diligence. - Close new investments. The Investment Associate supports the investment team by processing the appropriate financial and market analyses for new investments, by preparing investment recommendations to the Investment Committee, and by taking a leading role in the closing of new transactions. Over time, with demonstrated experience, this individual will assume more responsibilities with respect to structuring and negotiating new investments.
