Summary of Responsibilities:
Develops a wide range of personalized material utilizing a wide array of document development tools, including a variable data-driven system for one-to-one marketing material. Incorporates static text, graphic images and variable text based on data provided by various business units. Performs address record cleansing. Provides a high level of customer service, and works with customers to ensure their documents conform to corporate brand identity and industry best practices. Possesses knowledge of document life cycle, industry best practices, document creation, document automation, document insertion and various distribution methods. Escalates issues to the assistant manager or manager when appropriate and updates assistant manager or manager on a regular basis.
Summary of Responsibilities:

These include a data-driven document composition tool so that documents can be generated in real-time or batch and printed and inserted for mailing. Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the development and execution of Data, Integration and Business Intelligence (BI) strategy and roadmaps, and the support of systems and services for structuring, organizing, storing, retrieving, integrating, analyzing and reporting data. Works closely with internal customers to identify and maximize opportunities to utilize data marts and/or data warehouses in support of enterprise BI initiatives, and to leverage enterprise data management and integration platforms. Ensures the development of enterprise standards for data management, integration and BI. Provides corporate leadership, vision and direction for these disciplines.

Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and articulate business and stakeholder requirements, as well as identify the solutions that will maximize the value delivered. This includes interviewing stakeholders, eliciting, analyzing, specifying and validating business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements, and communicating those requirements to solution/development teams through the software development life cycle (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative).
Applies proven communication, modeling, analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, negotiation, influence and leadership skills to ensure stakeholder expectations are met. Produces requirements on medium-to-large, semi‑complex Enterprise projects that require planning, elicitation, documentation, analysis and management of business. Acts as a liaison between the business customer and InformationTechnology (IT) project team(s) by building cooperative, constructive, effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Ensures IT understands the business and stakeholder requirements and resolves any gaps in understanding. Guides and advises less-experienced BAs. Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and completion of enterprise level projects within Western & Southern Financial Group (WSFG) using a combination of disciplines (process, change, and business, technical). Manages a variety of medium to large scale, Enterprise-wide initiatives simultaneously while serving as the single point of contact for those initiatives. Leads/coordinates all aspects of projects including but not limited to planning/scheduling, scope management, communication management, issue/risk management, resource management, procurement/vendor management, project integration, financial management, change management, and quality management through all portions of the project and development lifecycles such as ideation/conceptualization, rationalization/prioritization, requirements, design, build/configuration, testing, documentation, training, deployment, stabilization, and closure. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities/tasks, and monitors and summarizes progress of their assigned projects. Responsible for ensuring that project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule and cost. Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must be familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Typically reports to the PMO Director.

Provides monitoring, problem determination and resolution on calls, emails and self-service incidents. Provides support to internal associates for either hardware, software, server, mainframe applications or peripherals. Documents all issues in the ServiceNow platform to track caller trends. Recommends system modifications to reduce user problems. Escalates more complex incidents to second-tier support or higher. Uses incident and problem modules within the ServiceNow Platform and attentive detail to the PureConnect Service Desk phone system. Entry level kitchen leadership position that rotates among six positions and assists in meal preparation, production and service for approximately 2,000 meals daily utilizing standard recipes for hot, cold and specialty food items. Acts as a mentor for the kitchen staff answering questions and providing guidance during production and service. Under the direction of the sous chef and management, is responsible for making a limited range of decisions, escalating to management when necessary.

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting marketing, communications, recruiting, sales and retention efforts for Business Units within Western & Southern Financial Group. This is primarily accomplished through working as part of cross-functional teams for execution of targeted marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will participate on teams that produce marketing campaigns, promotional collateral, presentations, value-add material, lead generation efforts, product information and communications. The Investment Analyst is a member of the Private Equity team with responsibilities relating to administration of investment opportunities through the investment process.
