Provide Human Resource Business Partner Support for the Gerber Life Operations. Responsible for Human Resources strategic solutions to ensure people strategies are aligned with business strategies including: driving talent and performance management initiatives employee relations and communications, recruiting activities, performance management, policy interpretation, compensation administration, training, managing internal investigations and employee issues, including interaction with legal counsel, and overall enforcement of Company values, Human Resources policies and procedures.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Initiates, develops and maintains sales of the Touchstone Funds within institutional markets. These markets include RIAs, family offices, private banks, TAMPs, broker-dealer platforms, mutual fund consultants and 401(k) alliances within the assigned territory. Demonstrates principled leadership and sound business ethics; shows consistency of values and behavior; and builds trust with others through own authenticity and follow-through on commitments.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsible for application system functionality and major system improvements, including but not limited to electronic applications, data feeds and distributor requests. Provides wide technical systems expertise in support of the development and implementation of multi-disciplined, cross-departmental activities to support B2B and B2C. Brings to bear technical skills, product knowledge, and data analysis to provide guidance and make recommendations to business customers on technology initiatives. Works with minimal supervision. Responsible to make an established range of decisions and independently implement technology solutions that effectively meet customer needs. Escalates to management when necessary and updates management on a regular basis.
Manage team of associates responsible for providing coaching, feedback and guidance via new hire onboarding and call escalations in supporting contact center agents via digital and telephony platforms. This position is directly responsible for proactively leveraging data captured through these interactions. Performs trend analysis to identify efficiencies and improved workflows impacting customer and employee experiences. Requires frequent interaction with Contact Center and Operational Senior Leadership to present opportunities and recommendations to drive prioritization of key initiatives impacting operational excellence. Handles sensitive legal situations impacting customers requiring decisiveness and confidence in escalation processes.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Scans and indexes paper documents into workflow folders for further electronic processing for both fixed and variable products. Prioritizes imaging functions to fulfill client and representative requests in a timely and quality manner. All requests are to be handled in accordance with contract provisions, departmental standards, individual affiliate Partnership Agreements governing time service and Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) procedural guidelines. Applies the correct indexing schema to each document by indicating the correct company, department, account, folder and policyholder name on each form and verifies clarity of image.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Serves as a point of contact for Cloud/infrastructure-related projects, questions and issues. Participates in the design and administration of Cloud-based infrastructure solutions working alongside Cloud Architects and other teams (e.g., Web, Database, Storage, Networking, IAM, Information Security) to ensure that initial and anticipated future business requirements are presented. Supports multiple deployment models including manual, scripted, DevOps, CI/CD/Iaac methodologies. Summary of Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) or delegate, manages, supports and provides oversight and monitoring of the Firm’s internal controls, compliance, and operational functions. May also assist senior staff in preparing regulatory filings, responding to regulatory inquires and customer complaints. Develops a strong knowledge of human physiology in order to glean the necessary information from the data collected. In addition, builds a high level of knowledge of other technical aspects of the underwriting process, which includes financial needs, insurable interests, avocations and occupations along with a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and procedures.
Concurs on cases that are over the Underwriters' limits of authority; the Senior Underwriting Consultant will be responsible for the final approval of these cases. Reviews the cases of the Underwriters to determine the quality of the work and any developmental needs.
