Provides for and delivers health care and wellness services, within the scope of the license of a registered nurse, to associates to enhance morale, health and productivity. Develops, coordinates and conducts health education programs for associates to promote safety in the workplace to help associates achieve optimal health and productivity levels. Provides first-aid services and medical treatment for associates in the Home Office. Organizes wellness clinics including general health fairs and various health screenings. Involved in OSHA compliance and workers' compensation reporting. Assists in the oversight of the engineering and continuous operations of a one-million-square-foot, Class A office, retail and parking garage development as directed by the Chief Building Engineer.
