Summary of Responsibilities: The Customer Service Associate position is a part-time position that rotates job duties based on business needs that are largely driven by volume increases (seasonal and predicted) and demand. The individual in this position will key and process data in administrative systems and will conduct outbound telephone calls to insurance applicants to collect data requested by the underwriter. The individual may also take inbound calls or make outbound calls from/to our customers. 

Summary of Responsibilities: Contributes to the productivity and profitability of our field force by researching, analyzing and resolving Field Sales Representative’s sales and support requests via inbound and outbound phone calls and emails. Provides agents with superior service through support on underwriting status, service-related inquiries, forms processing and user assistance. Acts as a liaison between the Field Representatives and the Home Office. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible to make an established range of decisions, escalates to manager when necessary and updates manager on a regular basis.

Summary of Responsibilities: Establishes and proactively maintains relationships with agents/producers as well as internal and external clients. Effectively answers questions related to existing contracts and products providing accurate, detailed and complete information. Works with minimal supervision and is empowered to make an established range of decisions; escalating issues to the Team Lead or Manager when necessary and providing updates on a regular basis. Coordinates and monitors workflow procedures with various departments to effectively complete service requests. Meets established performance objectives and service levels by achieving production and service standards.

Manage team of associates responsible for providing coaching, feedback and guidance via new hire onboarding and call escalations in supporting contact center agents via digital and telephony platforms. This position is directly responsible for proactively leveraging data captured through these interactions. Performs trend analysis to identify efficiencies and improved workflows impacting customer and employee experiences. Requires frequent interaction with Contact Center and Operational Senior Leadership to present opportunities and recommendations to drive prioritization of key initiatives impacting operational excellence. Handles sensitive legal situations impacting customers requiring decisiveness and confidence in escalation processes.

Summary of Responsibilities: Utilizes financial industry knowledge, training and/or experience to make informed recommendations across the breadth of the Western & Southern Financial Group product portfolio to clients as a result of a review of their current financial situation and current products held. Responsible for conducting a thorough needs analysis before making product recommendations to impact persistency of product and client. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making a defined range of decisions, escalating to Senior Sales Representative and/or Assistant Manager when necessary and updating Senior Sales Rep/Management Team on a regular basis.
