Summary of Responsibilities:
Analyzes, researches and completes a thorough review and processing of applications submitted for new fixed and variable annuity contracts. Analyzes, researches and completes financial contract requests (withdrawals, trades, etc.) and death claim functions for variable and fixed annuity products. Supports these functions for all annuity products distributed by Western & Southern, IFS, Columbus Life, Integrity Life, National Integrity Life and third-party affiliates. Prioritizes and conducts functions to fulfill client and representative requests in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with fixed and variable annuity contract provisions, state regulatory requirements, departmental and Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) procedural guidelines and individual affiliate partnership agreements governing time service. Assures the integrity of contract documentation, accounting and related tax-reporting records to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements. Effectively answers questions related to existing contracts and products, providing accurate, detailed and complete information.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Provides business planning and analysis for the FWIA business unit in a mechanized and documented environment. Leads the annual budgeting process and evaluates variances to budget throughout the year. Oversees the FWIA invoicing process. Analyzes and communicates quarterly financial results to both Fort Washington and Western & Southern senior management. Develops and maintains critical management-decision-making analytical tools, suggests and implements cost-saving projects, and works on special projects as needed. Assembles highly confidential analyses in support of business activities. Works with minimal supervision and is reponsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to management when appropriate.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Processes, audits, tests and reports for reinsurance activity for Western & Southern Life, Columbus Life, Lafayette Life and IFS. This includes monthly billing in excess of $8 million. Actively collaborates with multiple reinsurers and the Claim Department to collect over $100,000,000 in outstanding receivables. Directly communicates with reinsurers to address outstanding administration concerns. Ensures appropriate reinsurance accounting in the general ledger.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Assists in the daily production of approximately 2,000 meals. Prepares, sets up and cleans serving areas in the cafeteria and Executive Dining rooms. Prepares, delivers, sets up and retrieves catered foods to multiple locations. Interacts with guests and ensures that all items are stocked and available for service. Often works independently and is responsible for making a large amount of quick decisions, escalating and updating management when necessary.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Processes and approves complex contract and policy changes which may include conversions, reinstatements, face amount increases, add and cancel riders, add and cancel benefits, loans, surrenders, partial surrenders, etc., for Fixed, Variable and Indexed Life contracts utilizing various administrative systems. Interacts with Senior Case Analysts and other departments to complete transactions. Works with some supervision but is empowered to approve applications and other decisions within the limits of authority level, and coordinates workflow of cases outside authority limits to underwriter, manager or other departments for final disposition. Completes appropriate transactions, and thoroughly reviews and validates output to ensure accuracy. Ensures compliance rules regarding all processing are met. Researches inquiries and provides prompt and accurate service to internal and external customers. Supports the overall goals of the department by meeting or exceeding department time-service goals, quality standards and service-level agreements.
Summary of Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of the Sales Support Associate is to support the Business Development team in sourcing new institutional investment business opportunities, and related support, through closing. Directly supports the Managing Director and a team of Business Development Officers who have a primary focus on corporate and public funds, endowments/foundations, insurance companies, fund sponsors and health care organizations, as well as institutional consultants. Performs database management activities, which will include inputting and mining data from a CRM, using third party databases to identify prospects, as well as using those database resources to identify, develop and support new sales campaigns. This will include active outreach to prospects via email and outbound calls. Collaborates with other departments within Fort Washington as well as the Enterprise, including Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Print Production, and at times the Investment Management teams, to coordinate and complete assigned projects. Receives all guests and visitors of Fort Washington Investment Advisors (FWIA). Makes contact with all levels of personnel, including Senior Officers, Directors and Managers. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making a minimal range of decisions.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Handles traditional paralegal duties in support of real estate and corporate attorneys in the Law department. Real Estate activities include preparation of various real estate documents, such as mortgage releases, mortgage loan commitments, field office leases and amendment, checklist management for joint venture investments and property sales, and management of outside counsel on regular real estate activities, such as leasing. Corporate support activities may include preparation and filing of various corporate documents, gathering of information for regulatory requests, trademark and service mark filings, entity formation and dissolution, review of vendor contracts, amendments, and statements of work, and review of non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Provides monitoring, problem determination and resolution on calls, emails and self-service incidents. Provides support to internal associates for either hardware, software, server, mainframe applications or peripherals. Documents all issues in the ServiceNow platform to track caller trends. Recommends system modifications to reduce user problems. Escalates more complex incidents to second-tier support or higher. Uses incident and problem modules within the ServiceNow Platform and attentive detail to the PureConnect Service Desk phone system. Works with minimal supervision and makes an established range of decisions, escalating to Manager when necessary.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Solution Architect will work with project teams in all phases of software development life cycle to conceptualize, design and implement end-to-end solutions that meet business objectives. Design and architect quality solutions taking into account sound software design concepts, patterns, runtime, non-runtime qualities and industry best practices. Clearly communicate translation of requirements from business and technical sources into technical design direction, using various means including specifications, white boards discussions, UML modeling techniques, etc. Responsible for defining architectural principles, technology standards, industry best practices, architectural governance processes and reusable reference architectures. Responsible for evaluating the current state architecture and defining the future state architecture, transition plan and architectural road maps. Ensure project compliance by establishing right level of governance model. This role will work closely with executives, key departmental management and project stakeholders across the organization. Therefore, the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and staff within the organization is a key priority in this role.

Partners with Treasury to adminster the Enterprise Purchasing Card program. Responsible for the supervision of the Procure to Pay Administration and Accounts Payable functions. Responsible for the integrity and execution of business processes and systems. Coordinates and monitors activities to ensure financial activities are accurate, processing of transactions meets established service standards and customer service issues are resolved with a sense of urgency. This position maintains positive business relationships with Home Office associates, field associates, customers and vendors to build and maintain positive business relationships. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible to independently make a broad range of decisions, escalating to mangement when appropriate.

Coordinates and supports Computer Center operations’ activities related to production job scheduling and operations documentation. Creates, maintains and coordinates disaster, holiday and operational testing (OT) job schedules for both the mainframe and distributed platforms. The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for developing business solutions for new and/or existing data with an objective to streamline processes and ensuring quality. This position requires the ability to convert data into insights that lead to informed business decisions and working directly with stakeholders to understand their needs. Communication is key for translating requirements to IT but also for being able to listen to the business and understand the root cause of a problem, and to begin determining the appropriate solutions. Analyzes large sets of data for gaps or inefficiencies and is able to create an actionable plan to develop governance and transparency around an issue. Is able to recognize processes that require additional governance and works with management to ensure a framework is identified and implemented. Oversees data mastering activities and the development of workflows, user interfaces and exceptions. Partners with the business to roll out new data processes and provides any documentation and training required.

Services and repairs all types of mechanical and electronic equipment including business machines, telephones, PC-based equipment, DVRs, IP based equipment monitors, security camera systems, alarm systems and audio visual systems. Performs preventive maintenance on equipment as required. Installs, troubleshoots and maintains building telecom and data cable plants; performs adds, moves and changes on telecom equipment.
