Regional Sales Vice Presidents (RSVPs) are responsible to meet regional life and annuity sales goals on a profitable basis as established by the Senior Vice President (SVP). Core to their success is maintaining a broad group of GAs who write profitable business for Lafayette Life Insurance Company (LLIC). Focus is split between maintaining/enhancing relationships with existing General Agents (GAs) and continually recruiting new GAs who meet the Company's quality standards to continue to grow the region's life and annuity business profitability.
