Summary of Responsibilities: Supports Treasury leadership in leading strategic investments and partnerships for the Enterprise. This includes interfacing with external partners: VC funds, startups, etc., as well as partnering and influencing internal senior leaders. Is responsible for VC fund and start-up investment due diligence, valuation and deal structure. This includes representing the Enterprise externally at conferences, fund meetings, with bankers and startups. Summary of Responsibilities: The Tenant Services Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for all tenant representatives of Queen City Square, a one million-square foot Class “A” office, retail and parking garage development.
