Summary of Responsibilities: Serves as lead operational resource dedicated to the Private Client Group (PCG) business line. This role has a deep understanding of all operational aspects of PCG and supports the PCG Operations Lead on all operational and project efforts, including the evaluation and implementation of new technology, creating of new reporting and other efforts related to the client experience.

Summary of Responsibilities: Scans and indexes paper documents into the imaging system to trigger workflows for further electronic processing throughout the organization. Prioritizes imaging functions to fulfill requests in a timely and quality manner. Responsible for establishing a vendor profile and vendor code in Gerber Life’s financial system (SAP) for both the Agents and their up-line in order to pay accurate and timely commissions.

Works with some supervision but is empowered to approve applications and other decisions within the limits of authority level, and coordinates workflow of cases outside authority limits with Senior Case Specialist. Provide Human Resource Business Partner Support for the Gerber Life Operations.  Responsible for Human Resources strategic solutions to ensure people strategies are aligned with business strategies including: driving talent and performance management initiatives employee relations and communications, recruiting activities, performance management, policy interpretation, compensation administration, training, managing internal investigations and employee issues, including interaction with legal counsel, and overall enforcement of Company values, Human Resources policies and procedures.

The Sr. Manager will utilize business data, strategic insights (both consumer and industry), and marketing expertise to identify growth opportunities and build go-to-market strategic plans that deliver value for Gerber Life.  In this role you will be responsible for uncovering consumer insights (via research), as well as industry and competitive insights, to identify areas of opportunity and formulate growth strategies for the organization, for new product development and other growth strategies.
