Gerber Life Insurance Company is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager of Lifecycle Marketing Strategy. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving the development of communication strategies and customer journey initiatives. The position will collaborate with Leadership to develop strategies, tactics and initiatives to help Gerber Life successfully develop new customer journeys with the goal of driving consumer growth.
Manage and deliver complex programs of work consisting of multiple projects led by project managers and business analysts in support of major business transformation initiatives. Partner with leadership to improve project, program, and portfolio management capabilities realized by mentoring project managers and business analysts and driving standardization around delivery methodologies in a Project Management Office (PMO).
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Salesforce Reporting Analyst provides operational reporting and dashboard support for the Enterprise Engagement Platform (EEP), built on Salesforce. This role will apply both functional expertise of the Salesforce platform and knowledge of all EEP Business Units (BUs) to create, maintain, automate, and troubleshoot reports and dashboards to meet business needs. Troubleshoots issues with reports, dashboards, or other data issues. Proactively runs reports for trend analysis and other essential business drivers. Ensures the reporting environment is kept clean, organized and easy to use for our end users. Proactively engages with users to understand their business, their experiences and their reporting needs. In addition, this role will provide second-level escalated EEP support for users by resolving incidents as needed. Works as part of a collaborative team, communicates to stakeholders with confidence, and builds relationships to inspire trust. Committed to growing knowledge of the EEP platform, how our businesses leverage the platform, and possibilities for solving business problems for our end users. Summary of Responsibilities:
Contributes to the productivity and profitability of our field force by researching, analyzing and resolving Field Sales Representative’s sales and support requests via inbound and outbound phone calls and emails. Provides agents with superior service through support on underwriting status, service-related inquiries, forms processing and user assistance. Acts as a liaison between the Field Representatives and the Home Office. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible to make an established range of decisions, escalates to manager when necessary and updates manager on a regular basis.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Provides support to IT, Information Security and Cyber Security teams, including functioning as the subject matter expert in IT security systems and custom tools. Serves as technical support for the Incident Response teams in high-priority cyber investigations. Continuously evaluates the external threat landscape, providing leadership regarding replacement or augmentation of existing tool capabilities in order to better secure business systems and data from inside and outside threats. Serves as a project leader for cyber security tool selection and implementation projects. Functions as lead developer for all custom security tool implementations.
Processes and reviews underwriting requirements by conducting customer interviews to gather non-medical and medical information. Works with some supervision but is empowered to approve applications and other decisions within the limits of authority level, and coordinates workflow of cases outside authority limits with Senior Case Specialist. Provides gap analysis. Serves as a liaison between business and technology partners to drive solution delivery. Supports development of less experienced business analysts and team members. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, communicating delivery status, estimating effort associated with project deliverables, and being accountable for meeting target delivery dates.
