Summary of Responsibilities:
Examines, investigates and evaluates information from policyholders, attorneys, physicians, hospital personnel, police departments, employers, State Medicaid personnel, funeral homes, Probate courts and other professionals needed to determine the disposition of life, annuity, health and disability claims within authority limits. Benefit and coverage decisions made are susceptible to litigation and/or significant monetary damages. In addition to claim handling, handles second-level support calls from the Client Relationship Center (CRC) and direct customer support to clients and financial representatives. Provides prompt and courteous customer service to external and internal customers, and provides job-specific training for new hires in addition to training on specialized processes.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Salesforce developer will be responsible for technical configuration, integrations and custom development on the Salesforce platform. Produces or modifies computer programs of all sizes and complexity. Responsibilities include translating technical requirements into working solutions, leveraging out-of-box functionality where possible, custom development and extending the platform with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and data integrations, as required. Salesforce developer will also assist in project scoping and documentation. Works with some supervision and is responsible for making a minimal range of decisions, escalating to Manager when appropriate and updating Manager on a regular basis.
The Human Resources Director – Fremont will lead a team of HR Business Partners to implement, administer, coordinate and lead Human Resource programs in support of the Fremont orangization, it’s associates and management. The Director, through a team of HR associates, will be responsible for the execution of recruitment efforts, employee development, employee relations, policy management, compensation execution and legal compliance. This position is responsible for the complete HR service/value chain for Gerber Life Fremont. The HR Director will advise executive management about Human Resource matters and aids in appropriate problem resolution
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Senior IT Vendor Management Specialist executes assigned aspects of the Vendor Management Program for the Company, including the development and implementation of enhancements to the Vendor Management program that are appropriate for the size and complexity of the Company. This individual is responsible for providing leadership and vision in the development and execution of the vendor management program for IT, which includes the documentation, implementation and maintenance of the IT vendor management processes, standards, and metrics tracking. This role is accountable for all activities associated with effectively building and maintaining external third party partner/vendor/outsourcing relationships, which includes establishing and monitoring the IT Vendor Service Level Agreements (SLA) against contract terms for primary vendors and business partners; management and performance monitoring of all IT vendors; serving as the primary liaison between legal, project leads and other key stakeholders in the contract negotiation process. This position will work with the IT Leadership team and participate in the development of strategic sourcing strategies and vendor relationship management strategies for all aspects of IT and will provide recommendations on in/out-sourcing decisions and selection of alternative vendors. As part of on-going responsibilities, the Senior IT Vendor Management Specialist will facilitate regular communication concerning projects to ensure key performance indicators are achieved and maintained. Acts as the primary contact and will own the communication with IT vendor relationship owners within Western & Southern Financial Group and will engage with IT vendors as needed. Summary of Responsibilities:
The Investment Analyst works under the direction and supervision of the Senior Investment Analyst and/or senior members of the Investment Management, Structured Equity, Mortgage Loan, Specialty Investments, Acquisitions, New Business and/or Asset Management departments to perform financial analyses and market research related to potential and existing real estate debt and equity investments. The Investment Analyst also works closely with the senior members of the investment team in performing due diligence and closing real estate transactions.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Opens, sorts and distributes incoming mail via electronic workflow system for the Benefits department. Applies the correct indexing schema to each document, assigning member number, name, document type and workflow folder. Associate must make decisions on a daily basis and select most appropriate document type and workflow folder for uncommon documents based on reading the content.
Creates and maintains all healthcare provider records in the Facets claim processing system. Associate must make decisions on a daily basis to match existing provider records or to create a new record. Discretion is given to the associate to select the correct place of service, specialty, type and provider credentialing from three or more source references. The objective is to build a complete accurate record using multiple source documents of varying quality. Assigns user warning workflow messages for proper routing and plan coverage.
Associate must be flexible and appropriately shift priorities several times each week based on the volume of mail and Facets new providers.
