Summary of Responsibilities:
The Finance & Accounting Analyst position provides business planning and analysis for Fort Washington Investment Advisors (FWIA). Functions include reviewing and approving all quarterly and annual financial statements for FWIA’s investment partnerships, coordinating all aspects of the external audit of each partnership, coordinating all internal and compliance audits, and managing the relationship with the external accountants and auditors. The individual is responsible for the valuation of direct and fund investments according to ASC 820 and reviewing and approving the calculation of management fees and carried interest for each fund. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing a new fund monitoring and due diligence function, forecasting fund performance and cash flow needs, developing a process to retire or liquidate old legacy funds, and overseeing the public stock ownership report. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decision, escalating to management when necessary and updating manager on a regular basis.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Manages the planning, organizing and directing of Human Resources’ activities in support of assigned business unit(s). Acts as business partner with business units to maximize human resource assets in the areas of employment, compensation, associate relations and performance management. Assists other areas as needed with generalist responsibilities. Works with supervision and is responsible to make an established range of decisions, escalating to Manager when necessary and updating Manager on a regular basis.

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Associate position is a part-time position that rotates job duties based on business needs that are largely driven by volume increases (seasonal and predicted) and demand. The individual in this position will key and process data in administrative systems and will conduct outbound telephone calls to insurance applicants to collect data requested by the underwriter. The individual may also take inbound calls or make outbound calls from/to our customers.

Serves as a member of the Enterprise Engagement Platform (EEP) Salesforce team and partners with Marketing Support & Execution, Information Technology, and Business Units to define, evaluate and deliver Enterprise application solutions that increase productivity, efficiencies and cost-effectiveness. Serves as the primary administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud while supporting other Enterprise applications. Assists with research and resolution of technical issues as they arise. Manages Return Mail to ensure customer addresses are being verified and corrections are made to customer master records. Monitors workload to ensure timely and accurate handling of image documents. Processes and coordinates solutions to correspondence received from customers. Assists Return Mail Analyst in resolving complicated cases and provides extensive research where necessary. Develops and/or revises procedural manuals and supports changes in process. Conducts random quality audits on processed Return Mail. Develops and maintains reports for tracking data related to mail volumes. Monitors and tracks trends and provides monthly dashboards for management.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Marketing Manager with expertise in driving partner-led-growth and sales by developing and executing go-to-market strategies to drive consumer adoption of Western and Southern and Gerber Life products. You will work closely with the decision science team, marketing, marketing operations, legal, IT, and contact center to develop plans to drive customer success. To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional communication and presentation skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and have a passion for partner led growth with a focus on customer win. You must have experience working in cross- sell, up-sell, and creating internal and external partnerships using customer insights, segmentation, and dashboards.
