Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsible for the quality review of day-to-day interactions and correspondence between Client Relationship Center and/or Insurance Profillment Solutions associates and clients. Provides managers with statistical data trends in quality. Identifies potential procedural improvements, process barriers and training needs. Identifies individual quality improvement needs and provides necessary coaching. Provides support for case resolution and training for specialized procedures. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to Manager when necessary and updating Manager on a regular basis.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Primary legal counsel to Touchstone Advisors and Touchstone Securities on transactional, securities and regulatory matters relating to the registration and operation of the Touchstone Mutual Fund complex and compliance with Investment Company Action of 1940 (“40 Act”) and secretary of the Touchstone Mutual Fund board of directors. Responsibilities include review of and/or drafting a variety of fund-related agreements, including third-party distribution, administration and marketing arrangements; review of registration statements and other Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, including drafting disclosure as appropriate; working with the chief compliance officer (COO) to develop and implement compliance programs; leading Touchstone in preparation of materials for trust board meetings; review of numerous types of external communications; supporting Touchstone with respect to regulatory exams or inquiries; and drafting, managing and completing required SEC filings to implement fund formations, dissolutions, reorganizations, proxy solicitations and mergers and acquisitions of investment companies. Provide legal services on complex matters and/or matters involving large dollar amounts with little direction or supervision.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Processes incoming premium payments and reviews payment discrepancies including items rejected by policyholder’s financial institutions. Processes ACH transactions (Automated Clearing House), credit card, and loan payments and responds to other inquiries related to these categories. Responds to inquiries relating to Accounting Category Work, i.e., Billing, Group Billing, etc. Responses are typically made in writing. At times telephone responses are necessary depending on the urgency of the inquiry.

Provides a broad range of sales, marketing, technical and operations support to agent, agencies and back office staff across multiple distrubtion channels to support assigned territories. Works with paired field members of Distribution Support team (DST) to leverage in-depth knowledge of Columbus Life’s products, services and systems to provide top level of suport to both retain and grow business with territoires. Focuses on sustaining and enhancing relationships with producers. Utilizes extensive in-depth product information to answer questions from the field. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to manager when necessary and updating manager on a regular basis.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Reviews and accurately processes life and health insurance applications received in advanced lines of business. Thoroughly reviews application for completeness to ensure all necessary requirements are met. Approves applications within the limits of authority level and coordinates workflow of cases outside authority limits to underwriters for final disposition. Completes appropriate transactions and thoroughly reviews and validates output to ensure accuracy. Ensures compliance rules regarding policy illustrations are met. Researches inquiries and provides prompt and accurate service to internal and external customers.
Summary of Responsibilities:
This is an entry level role learning to prepare formal responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), received from various sources that are seeking investment management services. Responses would include information concerning Touchstone and its investment management strategies. Uses training materials and documentation to provide updates to consultants and/or consultant databases as well as up-to-date firm information to the sales team and internal/external inquiries. The information provided would include both quantitative and qualitative information. Works with mentor to act as a client service representative with institutional investors, including consultants, defined benefit plans, TPAs, defined contribution plan sponsors, foundations, and endowments. Works, under supervision to collaborate closely with sub-advisors when completing RFPs and RFIs requested by Touchstone’s Distribution Partners. Once RFP-related onboarding is complete, train with mentor to act as back-up for data-related responsibilities of Director of Digital and Multimedia. Works under supervision with minimal range of decision making. Regularly upates Manager and escalates issues to Manager as appropriate.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Analyzes, researches and completes a thorough review and processing of applications submitted for new fixed and variable annuity contracts. Analyzes, researches and completes financial contract requests (withdrawals, trades, etc.) and death claim functions for variable and fixed annuity products. Supports these functions for all annuity products distributed by Western & Southern, IFS, Columbus Life, Integrity Life, National Integrity Life and third-party affiliates. Prioritizes and conducts functions to fulfill client and representative requests in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with fixed and variable annuity contract provisions, state regulatory requirements, departmental and Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) procedural guidelines and individual affiliate partnership agreements governing time service. Assures the integrity of contract documentation, accounting and related tax-reporting records to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements. Effectively answers questions related to existing contracts and products, providing accurate, detailed and complete information.
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Associate position is a part-time position that rotates job duties based on business needs that are largely driven by volume increases (seasonal and predicted) and demand. The individual in this position will key and process data in administrative systems and will conduct outbound telephone calls to insurance applicants to collect data requested by the underwriter. The individual may also take inbound calls or make outbound calls from/to our customers.

Produces or modifies computer programs of all sizes and complexity. Solves systems and program problems. Recommends courses of action on new application jobs, while considering the total system spectrum, from source document origination to final systems output and handling. Handles extensive research, analysis, definition and documentation on all facets of the job. Recommends the appropriate hardware solution (personal computer, LAN, mainframe, client server, etc.) for the application. Provides mentoring support for less experienced programming staff. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to Manager when necessary and updating Manager on a regular basis.

Applies technical skill sets and knowledge to develop and employ complete and accurate test plans for implementation of new products and/or application enhancements. Responsible for functional and/or interface testing deliverables of Enterprise systems. Summary of Responsibilities:
Scans and indexes paper documents into workflow folders for further electronic processing for both fixed and variable products. Prioritizes imaging functions to fulfill client and representative requests in a timely and quality manner. All requests are to be handled in accordance with contract provisions, departmental standards, individual affiliate Partnership Agreements governing time service and Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) procedural guidelines. Applies the correct indexing schema to each document by indicating the correct company, department, account, folder and policyholder name on each form and verifies clarity of image.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Processes agent appointments and terminations within timeframes set in Enterprise Licensing department (ELD) quality and service standards across all Western & Southern Financial Group (W&SFG) entities. Front-line processing associate responsible for executing transactions. Responds to customer (internal and external) inquiries within established timeframes. Assists agents with first-time resident and non-resident licensing. Corresponds with home office personnel, field agents, financial institutions, broker/dealers and independent agents. Works with moderate supervision and is responsible for making a minimal range of decisions, escalating to Manager when appropriate and updating Manager on a regular basis.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Serves as a point of contact for Cloud/infrastructure-related projects, questions and issues. Participates in the design and administration of Cloud-based infrastructure solutions working alongside Cloud Architects and other teams (e.g., Web, Database, Storage, Networking, IAM, Information Security) to ensure that initial and anticipated future business requirements are presented. Supports multiple deployment models including manual, scripted, DevOps, CI/CD/Iaac methodologies. Summary of Responsibilities:
The licensed sales representative will sell Gerber Life Insurance products direct to consumer from various lead sources including, but not limited to, DRTV, direct mail, internet, partnership marketing and existing GLIC customers. The sales representative is responsible for taking care of the initial call driver and cross-selling other Gerber Life products as needs of the customer are developed. From time to time, an Insurance Sales Representative will handle service calls as they come in through the sales lines or as needed to help reduce service call volume. Summary of Responsibilities:
Evaluates requests for retirement benefits to determine eligibility for both retirement and health benefits for active associates entering retirement as well for deferred pensioners. Processes transactions for monthly pension payroll(s) to include balancing earnings and deductions and approval of the final payroll. Processes the biweekly and monthly 401(k) contributions and balances month-end accounting. Approves 401(k) distributions to include hardship requests. Summary of Responsibilities:
Leads the scoping, prioritization, resourcing, facilitation, and execution of cross-enterprise value stream process improvements. This position will collaborate with BU and SSU leaders, as well as the leaders of enterprise change disciplines and initiatives such as Organizational Change Management, Heart of Customer, Knowledge Management, and Project Streamline to ensure a holistic view of process improvement that utilizes the entire OpEx Model to deliver value efficiently.
